My husband has been told he has Tarsal tunnel syndrome. Medication  and shots do not work.

He still has terrible pain in his feet. Question. If he were to have an opration

 how long would it take to get back to work?

hi,i accidentally seen your message on friendster site and about your husband`s condition,i think after the operation he will be given a proper excercise and mobilization on the operated part to gain its strenght and the muscle wont be weakened by operation. he will be train to walking and if he`s cooperative he can go back to work aproximately 2months or less. for he`s first term of healing he is suppose to ambulate/walk with crutches...i hope i brought you help to your question.
